In Waldorf schools, the letters are taught out of stories—and not taught in alphabetical order. Susan created these stories and images to teach letters to her class through nature stories. Each week, they heard a new story, drew their own pictures, made the letters with their bodies, and finally drew their own letters in their letter books.
